The author shall not make an objection to a modification : ⅰ) in the case where a work being used in accordance with Copyright Act Article 25, the modification of expression within the limit as deemed unavoidable for the purpose of school education, ⅱ) extension, rebuilding or other forms of alteration of an architecture and ⅲ) other modifications within the limit as deemed unavoidable in the light of the nature of a work, and the purpose and manner of its exploitation etc. This article addresses some of the legal questions concerning back ground music(BGM) search and right of integrity in internet music service. First, this article introduce link and BGM search. Further, BGM search service infringes whether right of communication to the public. Second, this article discuss Ring-tone, Ring-back tone service case at which copyright holder insist his moral right.. Furthermore, this article study integrity right in Ring-tone, Ring-back tone service. Lastly, this article concludes that integrity right can serve an important social function in digital. However, right of integrity of copyright holder require to limitation in information society.
