원가관리회계 학습자들의 학습유형분석과 학습성과에 관한 연구 - K대학 원가관리회계원론 수강자들을 대상으로 -

본 연구는 2009년도 1학기 원가관리회계원론을 수강한 K대학 학생들을 대상 으로 수강자 특성별 학습태도를 군집분석을 통해 유형화 하였으며, 학습태도에 따 라 학습성과 즉, 학업성적과 학습과정에 대한 만족도 및 교육수준과 학습량에 대한 만족도를 연구하였다. 이는 원가관리회계 과목에 대한 인식변화와 아울러 학습태도 의 개선을 통해 학습성과의 향상과 효과적인 회계학습을 꾀하기 위함이다. 2009년도 1학기 경상대학 경영학부 원가관리회계원론 교과목의 수강생들을 대 상으로 학생들의 학습태도를 유형화 한 결과, ‘전반적인 학습태도 충실형’, ‘정보자 료형’, ‘자율통제형’, ‘성과형’ 으로 구분되었고 전체 수강자 중 전반적 충실형 45.4%, 정보자료형 17.8%, 자율통제형 19.5%, 성과형 17.3%를 차지했다. 전공을 불문하고 대다수의 학생이 전반적으로 충실한 학습태도를 갖는 것으로 나타났으며, 남․여 성별에 따른 학습태도 유형의 차이는 매우 유의한 차이가 있음을 확인할 수 있었는데, 남학생의 경우, 정보자료형과 성취형의 태도를 주로 보였으며, 여학생의 경우는 전반적 충실형이면서 자율통제의 성향을 보였다. 재수강생의 70%는 전반적 인 충실형의 형태를 띠고, 있었으며, 나머지는 단편적인 정보자료에 치중하여 학습 에 참여하였다. 수강학기 수에 따라서는 3학기와 5학기의 학생들이 가장 충실한 학 습태도를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 학습태도에 따른 학습성과 역시 매우 유 의한 차이가 있음을 확인하였으며, 학업성적과 학습과정 만족도에 대해서는 전반 적 충실형의 군집이 성적평균이 가장 높았으며, 교육수준, 학습량 등의 수준 적합 에 관한 만족도에 대해서는 성과형 군집이 가장 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
This study analyzed relations between learning type, learning attitude and learning performance to 2009 first term trainees who attending a cost accounting lecture. Through cluster analysis, they are classified with 4-type learning attitude. That is, generally substantial style, information data style, autonomous control style, outcome style. Of the total trainees, generally substantial style take up 45.4 percent. autonomous control style followed with 19.5 percent and the information data style, outcome style. Regardless of a major, most of the student had a generally substantial style. Learning attitude was very significant differences along the gender. In case of a boy student, mostly show an information data style and outcome style. but a girl student, mostly show an generally substantial style and the rest fragmentary information data style. That is as good as 70 percent of the repeater. Learning performance along the learning attitude was very significant differences. As for learning result and learning course satisfaction, generally substantial style exhibits the highest performance. As for satisfaction of the level fitness, outcome style exhibits the highest performance.
