Experiential, cultural, and relational resources of the firm have been recognized as three dimensions of social capital, and their interface with the cross-border learning is examined within the context of international joint ventures. A multiple regression model is employed using the samples collected from 100 international joint ventures between Koreans and multinationals. The test results indicated that social capital explains a large portion of the cross-border learning in addition to the knowledge- specific, control variables.
