In this essay I tried to explore the new direction of cultural politics which could intermediate the struggles for overthrowing the Minju-nojo organizations' patriarchal cultures and institutions. Firstly, I paid attention to the lags of Minju-nojo movements' cultures which had been significant resources of empowering the workers' struggles. It was proposed that the ambivalent character of the agricultural community and literati authoritarianism, which was the major matrix of Minju-nojo movements' cultures, could be related to the epistemological and practical constraints and problems in communications and alliances with new emerging worker-categories: contingent workers, immigrant workers, and women workers. Secondly, I tried to reconceptualize the idea of patriarchy being ubiquitous in industries, labour organizations, and other ideological state apparatuses as a historical governmental regime of intermixing the practical ideologies and discourses of sexism, racism, intellectual-manual division of labour, and intimate social networks of governmental agencies, professional elites in global and local levels. Thirdly, I proposed new cultural politics of aesthetics that could actively intervene the order of workers' lifes. It was suggested that this politics should assume the solidarity without identity based community, the equality-based democracy, and the universalism with open common cultures.
