1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES The purpose of this study is to analyze the main attributes which influence the price of apartments in Gangnam district and Gangbuk district respectively. (2) RESEARCH METHOD To classify the main attributes, this study employed least median of squares (LMS). In addition, The data for this analysis collected from the local information and apartment information. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS In the results of this study, in the case of Gangnam district, the older the price of apartment is, the more expensive the apartment is. This result shows the reconstruction affects the price of apartment. Furthermore, while park, transportation, the size of apartment affects the price of apartment, the education environment does not affects the price of apartment. In the case of Gangbuk district, the gap of the education environment, medical service, transportation affects the price of apartment. 2. RESULTS This study offers some implications. 1) It shows the regional disparity of apartment price. Especially, for reducing the gap of apartment price in Gangbuk district, it is necessary to cut down the regional disparity of the education environment, medical service, transportation. 2) It shows the main attribute to affect the apartment price is various from districts.
