소상공인 창업의 재무성과 영향요인 연구

The purpose of this study is to analyze what sort of factors influencing on financial performance of small business. The main results of analysis are as follows; First, the regression analysis confirms that the government's financial aids and financial institutions' credit allocation have a significant effect on financial performance of small business. In author's view, this significant influence comes from not only financial aids but also persistent management consulting by the government and financial institutions. The previous experiences of owners in start-up small business also has a significant effect on financial performance. Second, in order to sort out the influencing power between the previous experience of owners and other variables, the author performed the T-test. The T-test analysis shows that the difficulties of entrepreneurship, financial performance and total assets turnover ratio are statistically influencing factors on business performance. In addition, the business experience of owner, owner's age, the amount of the initial investment in start-up business all have some effects on growth rate of total assets of small business. Third, in order to check on the influencing power of entrepreneur type and other variables on the performance of small business, the author performed the ANOVA analysis, the empirical analysis tells that the difficulties of entrepreneurship, preparatory period for entrepreneurship, debt-ratio, capital-ratio, items have significant effects on the performance of small business depending upon entrepreneur types.
