디자인 개발 속도와 빈도가 기업성과에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 국내의 29개 여성의류제조업체에 근무하는 디자이너 114명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 디자이너가 인식하는 디자인 개발의 속도와 빈도가 기업성과에 미치는 영향을 연구하였다. 연구에서의 주요 분석방법은 SPSS 12.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 상관관계분석, 요인분석, 신뢰성분석, 일원분산분석, 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였으며,분석을 통해 도출된 연구결과를 요약하면 첫째,디자인 개발의 속도와 빈도는 기업성과에 영향을 미친다. 둘째,디자인 개발의 속도가 빠를수록 기업이미지와 시장점유율은 증가한다. 셋째, 디자인 개발의 빈도가 많을수록 기업이미지와 시장점 유율은 증가한다. 넷째, 기업이미지 관점에서는 속도가 빠르고 빈도가 많은 경우가 속도가 느리고 빈도도 적은 경우에 비해 유리하다. 다섯째, 시장점유율 관점에서는 속도가 빠르고 빈도가 많은 경우와 stuck in the middle의 경우가 속도도 느리고 빈도도 적은 경우에 비해 유리하다. 이러한 결과들은 디자인 조직을 확대하는 것이 비용이 증가하고 업무의 효율성이 낮아질 수도 있지만, 결과적으로 기업의 성과를 향상시킨다는 것을 제시함으로써 디자인 인적자원관리 측면에서 커다란 시사점을 준다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze there lationship between design development and business performance. A questionnaire survey has been conducted with 114 designers at 29 woman's wear firms. Main tests are composed correlation, factor analysis, reliability analysis, regression, and ANOVA. The results are as follows: First, the higher design development, the higher business performance. Second, the faster speed of design development, the higher corporate and market share. Third, the more times of design development, the higher corporate and market share. Fourth, a significant difference in corporate image between low speed-little times and high speed-much times groups. Fifth, a significant difference in market share between low speed-little times and high speed-much times groups, low speed-little times and stuck in the middle groups. These results are very suggestive for design human resource management.
