초록
This study was to investigate repeated-dose toxicities of Sol-M®, an anti-allergy agent, in ICR mice. In the 4-week repeated dermal toxicity study, the test materials were administerd once on the dermal of male and female ICR mice at dose levels of 0, 5, 10, 20%(in distilled water, 1㎖). The results showed that there was no abnormality in body weight change, food intake, water consumption and relative organ weight among different dose groups. Also we discovered no death and abnormal clinical signs were observed during the experimental period. These results suggest that no observed adverse effect level(NOAEL) of Sol-M® is considered to be more than Sol-M® 20%(in distilled water, 1 ㎖) under the conditions employed in this study. This study indicated that Sol-M® is able to be used for Atopy Dermatitis to 20% and it is a safe material to skin without skin irritation or allergic sensitization.
