민사소송 등에서의 전자문서 이용 등에 관한 법률안에 대한 검토

The Government submitted a bill of the act on the use, etc. of electronic document, etc. in the civil procedure in December, 2009. The application scope of the bill is all kinds of judgment system, except criminal procedure and demanding procedure. That means introduction of electronic filing system in the overall judgment system. This change is more radical than in the past and a radical change is likely to cause problems. Eventually I support the proposal considering the efficiency of electronic filing system, however, we need to discuss it in depth and to examine it thoroughly because a radical change will have a great ripple effect. This article reviews electronic filing system briefly, several issues with the bill of the act on the use, etc. of electronic document, etc. in the civil procedure and tasks to be solved after introducing electronic filing system.
