Today acceptance and adaption of the admissions officer systems in Korea cause a huge change in the areas of school education. Admissions officer systems have influenced on the performance testing for university entrance and score-oriented selection method that have been generalized in our society. Admissions officer systems emphasize a leadership, a service spirit and latent ability etc. and also the innovative and progressive thinking activity which leads a spontaneous knowledge composition. Various types of admission criteria(eg. interviews, essays and practical tests) could be linked to the subjective evaluation. Simultaneously, the generalization of admissions officer systems give the major impact in social studies education which was focused on cultivating a democratic citizen. In this paper, we propose the necessity of admissions officer systems in our test-oriented school education. Next, we have tried to explore the main actual operation features of the admission officer systems in USA and Japan, developed on unique phrases of individual universities' case. Through this process, we look for the educational implication in our entrance-oriented school environment. Finally, we present a new prospect about the right relationship between admissions officer systems and social studies education. Through this efforts, we have tried to improve the importance of social studies education in the field of school education.
