소상공인의 성장단계별 경영전략과 지원서비스의 기업성과 영향

Based on growth stages of small and micro businesses, this study analyzes differences of both management strategies and governmental supporting services on the business performance and also the effects of governmental supporting services on the relationship of management strategies and business performance of small and micro businesses. According to the results, both consulting and managerial services are provided differently among growth stages of small and micro businesses. There is no difference of management strategies among growth stages. In all growth stages, the managerial service is the most and funding service is the lowest. The relationships of management strategy and performance are analyzed that differential strategy shows significant effect on the performance only in growing and declining stages but no effect in early founding and maturing stages. Theres is no impact of low cost strategy in all four growing stages. There are no moderating and mediating effect of governmental supporting services on the relationship of management strategies and business performance of small and micro businesses. Overall these results suggest that small and micro businesses need management strategies appropriate for their growth stages and governmental supporting services are provided based on business characteristics including the factor of growth stage.
