환경친화적 도시행정을 위한 법적 과제

Today, Global environmental problems have been very severe and urban environmental problems as microcosm of them serious, too. Especially, for the sound and sustainable development, the role of local governments for the settlement of urban environmental problems is very important. And the legal system of urban administration of local government has to be improved in the environmentally friendly direction. Through this thesis, I analyzed and researched the city-related acts in Korea, such as Framework Act on National Land, Act on the Plan and Use of National Land, Construction Act and Framework Act on Construction, City Development Act, Act on the Repair of City and Residence Environment, Framework Act on Environmental Policy, Natural Environment Conservation Act, Landscape Act to improve them in the environmentally friendly direction. 21st century is the Environmental Century and the Era of City. The environment, ecology, landscape of urban area are the decisive factors of the quality of life. We can also acquire the competitive power of city from them. Therefore, we should promote a pleasant residential environment and construct and manage the cities clean, beautiful and vibrant. And to achieve those purposes, I think that we should construct the the legal system of democratic administration and repair and improve the urban laws in the environmentally friendly direction.
