The first part of this paper is concerned about Automated Registry Office System. Now, real estate registration is almost computerized in Korea. Most of all, Automated Registry Office System is the core in the development of that. It is a kind of the application program. It is divided into an application system, a reading & issuing system and a statistics & administration system. And its form have two styles. One is database style, and the other is client & sever computing style. The second part of this paper is concerned about electronic application and examination. If real estate registration is computerized, the presence is not required when parties apply registration. So registration officer must confirm the genuineness of parties. But some problems are in the procedure, other problems are in the examination of a registration. And the security of private informations is required of the computerization of registration. The third part of this paper is concerned about another country's situation on it. Internationally, other nations have also computerized the real estate registration. Especially, in Japan, a new law is enacted and the application of a registration is performed by online. In German, digital registration system is being used in the application and reading of real estate registration. I wish you could understand it by this paper.
