Influence of Franchisor's Support and Trust on Re-contract Intention : Focus on The Bakery Franchising

The purpose of this study is to test the influence of franchisor's support and trust on relational commitment and analyze the structural relationship with re-contract intention. A convenient sample of 184 bakery franchisee was used in the study and A Structural Equation Model was employed to test the hypotheses. The results of this study are as follows; first, franchisor's material support and operational support are significant influence on the relational commitment. second, cognitive trust and affective trust are significant influence on the relational commitment. Finally, relational commitment is significant influence on the re-contract intention.
