An Article by Article Commentary on the Draft Bill of the Carriage by Air in the Korean Commercial Code

In late 2007, the Ministry of Justice of Korea has decided to enact a law that will regulate carriage by air as a part of the Korean Commercial Code. In 2008, the Ministry of Justice create a special committee that consisted of six members(three professors, two lawyers including the author, one working staff) to enact the draft bill of the carriage by air act. In 2009, the draft bill of the carriage by air in the Korean Commercial Code was introduced to the National Assembly. The draft bill has forty three articles(§896~§938). There were some papers which explain the draft bill of the carriage by air act, but no one explain it article by article. This paper comments on the forty three articles in the draft bill of the carriage by air in the Korean Commercial Code, article by article.
