부동산학에서 ‘토지(土地)’의 개념적 이해

Land exists until all the things in the universe ends through endless process of production and reproduction as well as the existence of human being. Such land should be recognised as being sharing the right for all the creatures in the universe to live not just an exclusive property of humans. That is, I would like to point out that the treatment for existence of land should be recognised as an existence of Mother nature rather than seeing land human's view or exclusively. Based on the ontological recognition of such land as, the conceptual understanding of property should be reestablished and this was raised from the change of natural relationship between land and the production from land which was caused by the wrong attitude of humans. It is the judgement that the lack of fundamental understanding for current problem of land and the wrong conceptual recognition of the land itself. land! If people acknowledge the fundamental concepts accurately, the problems of land or actual understanding of phenomenon should be possible and then finding the principle of Real Estate will be easier with such analysis of phenomeno.
