한국 청소년의 준법의식 함양을 위한 사회과 교육과정 개선에 관한 연구
A Study about Reforming the Social Studies Curriculum for promoting Law-abiding Consciousness of Korean Juveniles

본 연구는 우리나라 청소년들의 준법의식 실태와 그 특성을 파악하여, 사회과 교육과정 및 법교육의 개선 방향에 대해서 모색해 보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 우선 청소년들의 준법의식 실태를 확인하기 위해서 전국 5개 도시의 1,500명 청소년들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 다음으로 청소년들의 준법의식 함양을 위한 사회과교육의 대안을 모색하기 위해서 전문가 의견 조사를 실시하였으며, 전체적인 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 우선 설문조사를 통계분석한 결과, 우리나라 청소년들은 다양한 준법의식 지표 가운데 법지식 점수가 낮은 것으로 나타났으며, 법교육수업의 수강 경험이 준법의식의 증진에 크게 관련이 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한 청소년들의 연령이 증가할수록, 임원경험이 있을수록 긍정적인 준법의식이 형성과 정적인 상관관계가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 다음으로 전문가 의견조사를 통해서 맹목적인 준법 요구가 아닌, 정당성을 인정하는 준법교육으로 방향을 제고해야 함을 알 수 있었으며, 바람직한 준법교육을 위하여 법교육이 전반적으로 체계화, 다양화되어야 하는 등의 노력이 필요함을 확인하였다.
Abstract
The main purposes of This study are two. First of all, we'll want to approach and figure out law-abiding consciousness of Korean juveniles by survey research. On these analyses, we'll also investigate the reforming strategies of the Social Studies Curriculum by delphi-analytic Approach. 1,500 juvenile agents was collected from 5 cities in Korea for survey research. The findings from statistical analyses are as follows. the 'law-understanding'variable was in the lowest grade of several law-abiding variables. And we have found out positive correlations between law-abiding consciousness and the experiences of LRE, the experiences of leader, ages of juveniles and so on. According to statistics and delphi analyses, we have suggested some reforming strategies of the Social Studies Curriculum.
