은행권의 비정규직 분화 : 결정 요인과 함의

This paper analyzed the determinants of diversification of contingent employment in the bank industry which appeared in response to the Protection Acts of contingent workers since the year of 2007 in Korea. Through analyzing the materials which acquired from bank union and interviewing with union leaders and human resource managers, The major topic which are pursued is what was the main determinants of diversification of contingent employment status in the bank industry. To achieve this goal, this paper analyzed the material which the bank union provided and interpreted and restructured the statement of some union leaders and human resource managers who were interviewed. At last, it is introduced that the major determinants of the diversification of contingent employment in the bank industry were the institutionalization of personnel management of contingent workers and the influence of the bank union on management. the institutionalization of personnel management of contingent workers exercised the force toward management efficiency, but the influence of bank union on management exercised the force toward equity, this force exercised toward integration of contingent worker policies into those of regular workers. It is proposed that the future prospect of diversification process of contingent employment in bank industry depends on the equilibrium between both forces.
