디지털콘텐츠의 유통 활성화를 위한 표준화 방안 - DRM/CAS의 표준화를 중심으로 -

An illegal reproducing act not allowed by copyrighter or illegal joint-owning act through Wep hard etc. are occurred in distribution of digital contents. If digital contents creating by investing plenty of money and manpower would be distributed of joint-owned illegally,creative impulse of digital contents developer will be lost as well as social problem by illegal distribution like this will be occurred. In result it is important to legally distribute digital contents however it is not distributed actually, accordingly various technological protection steps needed to promote distribution are developed and technical standardization needed for distribution on the basis of these technical development. However if standardization of technical protection action related to distribution of digital contents would be provided and translated to be of too great advantage to developer, protection of digital contents user cannot be accomplished appropriately. Accordingly standardization and promotion of technical development related to distribution of digital contents should be equally applied to copyrighter as well as user in the principle of equity. Therefore various problems on distribution of digital contents are reviewed in the present study, and patent rights and development tendency of distribution technique for solving these problems are analyzed and direction of technical development in our country is suggested, and policy direction propelling standardization on distribution technique of digital contents on the basis of them is proposed.
