공급사슬 관계의 질이 공급업체의 유연성과 수익성에 미치는 영향 : 환경동태성의 조절효과

There is a considerable body of scholarly work focusing on the interaction between the various dimensions of supply chain relationships but far less on the impact of supply chain relationships on performance. This paper investigates if supply chain relationship quality has an impact on flexibility and profitability. And whether or not the environment dynamism moderates between supply chain relationship quality and flexibility. We suppose that supply chain relationship quality will affect supplier's flexibility. Then supplier's flexibility will affect supplier's profitability. And competitive dynamism, technological dynamism, and customer dynamism will moderate the link between supply chain relationship quality and supplier's flexibility. The object industry is electronic parts manufacture company. We tested our model using SPSS 12.0 and LISREL 8.5. To pass measurement validation, we tested by purifying measure, test of unidimensionality, test of reliability and test of validity. For hypothesis analysis, we do path analysis and moderating effect analysis by using LISREL 8.5. First, trust, atmosphere and adaptation had a positive effect on supplier's flexibility. Secondly, cooperation had a negative effect on supplier's flexibility. The reason is that we suppose that buyer request more burden, although they cooperate supplier. Thirdly, supplier's flexibility had a positive effect on supplier's profitability. Fourthly, communication and atmosphere had significant moderating effect on supplier's flexibility when competitive dynamism is strong. Fifthly, trust had significant moderating effect on supplier's flexibility when technological dynamism is strong. Sixthly, supply chain relationship quality had no moderating effect on supplier's flexibility under customer dynamism.
