A Study on the Improvements of Food Safety Administration System

Food safety problems is not only in domestic consumer issues, but also in global consumer's main issues. Specifically It is foremost interesting issue of recent much consumer issues. In the grounds of Korea government, there is much endeavor to confirm on food safety. But, there is many problem, which food safety politics is divided by Ministry of Food, Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries(MFAFF) and Ministry for Health, Welfare Affairs(MHWA) and in legal system about food, there are more than 20s. Therefore, this paper propose to more effective alternative at food safety legal system under New Government Reorganization. Roughly speaking, it is proposed to divide aspects between administrative system and specific institutional improvement.
