초록
There were Kyongguk-Taejon(經國大典), Ming Code(明律) and Kukcho- Oryeoi(國朝五禮儀) as the fundamental Laws of Choson Dynasty. Kyongguk- Taejon contains the systems and functions of the governments in Choson. And Taejon consists of six sections as the systems of the government. One of six sections was Hyeong-jon(刑典) and the other was Ye-jon(禮典). Hyeong-jon contained Criminal law. And Yejon included the process of national ceremony and the ceremony of the Royal family. So the contents of two parts were voluminous and it was necessary to compile extra codes. Therefore Daemyongnyul-Jikhae(大明律直解) and Kukcho-Oryeoi were edited. In Confucian dynasty, the basic norm was Ye(禮). Ye formed the keynote of all codes of Confucian. So the fundamental Laws of Choson Dynasty were kinds of Ye. Those two codes had the full force and effect of law by Kyongguk-Taejon. I think that the positions of Kyongguk-Taejon was the highest grade among the three.
