Trying a Meta-theory for clarifying a Researcher's Perspective and Background influenced by Cultural Differences

Any researcher's theories and methodology can not be exist objectively without considering to cultural differences particularly in the field of social science. Because they are very dependent on each subjective frame of reference previously formed, it is needed for us to understand first of all a researcher's value, ideology, perspective, logic of his research masterplan, cultural background and so on before contacting further with his academic results. Therefore, any researcher has necessity to be reviewed about his research meta-theory for effective and correct communication among scholars each other. Thereby, we can believe researcher's results much more with increasing credibility. In this article, It was asserted that the unbalanced advancement of Capitalistic World System has influenced on developing of different paradigm and its approach for researchers and an example of its knowledge masterplan and methodology is being suggested here, which can be a kind of meta-theory of theories. If there can be found some problems in this meta-theory, any next detailed sub-works will be expected to surely include the same level of defects even though without entering into them further. Therefore, it is always important to ask these questions firstly "what is your research masterplan?" or "what is your issues-awareness?" And it will be always needed for us to pursue both meta-theory and its detailed sub-theories simultaneously.
