금융기관의 정보기술특성과 개인특성이 사용자 저항에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 경영정보시스템을 도입, 활용함에 있어 저항에 미치는 영향요인들을 알아 봄으로써, 저항으로 인한 무형의 비용을 최소화하고 시스템이 만족할 만한 성과를 올릴 수 있다는데 연구의 목적을 두고, 우리나라 금융기관에 종사하는 구성원들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 실증분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 정보기술특성, 개인특성과 사용자 저항 중 지속적 사용반대 간 회귀분석 결과에 의하면, 정보기술특성은 지각된 유용성(-)과 지각된 복잡성(+)이 유의한 관계를 보였고, 개인특성은 전혀 유의한 관게가 발견되지 않았다. 둘째, 정보기술특성, 개인특성과 사용자 저항 중 부정적 인식 간 회귀분석 결과에 의하면, 정보기술특성은 지각된 유용성(-)과 지각된 복잡성(+) 개인특성은 자기효능감(-)이 유의한 관계를 보였다. 이와 같은 분석결과에 의하면, 정보기술특성 변수 중 지각된 용이성보다는 지각된 유용성과 지각된 복잡성이 사용자 저항에 영향을 미치는 중요한 요인이라고 할 수 있고, 개인특성 변수 중 자기효능감은 부정적 인식에 영향을 미치는 중요한 요인이라고 할 수 있다. 본 연구의 의의는 기존의 선행연구가 제조업과 서비스업을 대상으로 분석한 결과는 달리 금융기관을 대상으로 하였다는 점과, 급변하는 정보기술 사용을 사용자의 저항없이 보다 효율적으로 도입⋅적용하기 위한 방법을 제시하였다는데 그 의의가 있다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구가 안고 있는 몇 가지 한계점을 고려한 향후 연구방향은 전국을 대상으로 한 표본선정, 금융기관별 특성을 반영한 분석, 성과변수를 부정적 측면과 긍정적 측면을 동시에 고려하는 보다 심층적인 연구가 필요하다고 본다.
Abstract
This study made the questionnaire for the constituent members employed in the banking institute as it is purposed to minimize the intangible expenses and to attain the results to satisfy the system by investigating the factors affected to the resistance in introducing and utilizing the management information system, and the positive analysis results are as follows. Firstly, as per the regression analysis results for the rejection of continuous use among the characteristics of the information technology, personal characteristics and user's resistance, the characteristics of the information technology shows the attentive relations in the utility (-) and the complexity(+). Secondly, as per the regression analysis results for the negative recognition among the characteristics of the information technology, personal characteristics and user's resistance, the characteristics of the information technology shows the attentive relations in the utility (-) and the complexity(+), while the personal characteristics shows the attentive relations in the self-efficacy (-). Thirdly, as for the characteristics of the information technology, it can be said that the utility and the complexity rather than the easiness are the important factors affecting the user's resistance, while as for the personal characteristics, the self-efficacy is the important factor affecting the negative recognition. As for the research direction considering some kinds of the limit contained by this study, it is indicated that the more in-depth research is necessary such as selection of the samples nationwide, analysis reflecting the characteristics per banking institute and simultaneous consideration of the negative aspect and the affirmative one as to the result variable.
