최고경영자 행동 특성이 정보시스템의 전략적 영향과 업무 프로세스 혁신에 미치는 영향 비교분석 - 한·중 창업기업의 비교

The purpose of this comparative study is to examine the difference of the degree of the business process innovation and the strategic impacts of information system of the strategic grid model suggested by McFarlan et. al.(1983) through the DiSC behavior pattern of the entrepreneurial CEO between the korea and china firms. The results obtained are following; First, The researcher could find that the Dominance-Influence(D-i) type is observed the most frequently in korean firms, and in chinese firms, Steadiness- Conscientiousness(S-C) type is observed the most frequently. Second, it was also found that the D-i type is higher future strategic impacts than the S-C type in korea firms, and the S-C type is higher present strategic impacts than the D-i type in chinese firms. Third, the empirical results are known that in the case of the S-C type, the more present strategic impacts of IT cause the higher level of business process innovation. And in the case of the D-i type, the more future strategic impacts of IT cause the higher level of business process innovation.
