초록
The purpose of this study was to examine the type of perceived travel constraints affecting college students' travel decisions. The concentration of perceived travel constraints was a key component in this research. The specific concerns of the current study were to identify the role of perceived constraints in the respondents' future intention to take a vacation trip. The simple random sampling method with respect to disproportionate sampling method was utilized in this study. A total of 245 respondents completed a survey were used in the procedures of data analysis. To test the proposed research purpose, this study implemented the following statistical techniques: factor analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of the statistical analysis indicated that five underlying dimensions of perceived travel constraints significantly influenced the respondents' intention to take a vacation trip. It can be concluded from the results that respondents perceived different types of travel constraints in their travel decisions.
