기존의 세무회계정보시스템 관련 연구에서는 주로 독립변수로는 품질변수를 선정하거나 성과변수로 이용자 만족도 혹은 정보성과변수를 선정하여 연구를 진행하였으나, 본 연구에서는 특성변수와 성과변수를 기존의 연구들과 달리 선택하여 연구의 차별성을 두고자 하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 국내 세무대리 분야의 세무회계정보시스템 활용 실태를 실증분석하고, 이러한 세무회계정보시스템의 특성변수(정보특성, 이용자특성, 업무특성)가 세무회계정보시스템 성과인 의사결정 효율성, 인식된 유용성과, 이용자 가치에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 가를 검증하는데 있다. 가설검증 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 세무회계정보시스템 정보 특성 중 산출정보의 신뢰성은 인식된 유용성에 대하여 부(-)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 산출정보 충분성은 이용자 가치에, 산출정보 유용성은 의사결정 효율성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 세무회계정보시스템 이용자 특성 중 이용자의 참여도는 세무회계정보시스템의 인식된 유용성과 이용자 가치에 유의한 영향을 미치며, 이용자 태도는 의사결정 효율성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 세무회계정보시스템 업무 특성 중 업무의 난이도는 세무회계정보시스템의 업무성과에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 반면, 업무의 표준화는 인식된 유용성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
This study attempts to analyze the practicability of the application of Tax information system to the field of Tax Information Service. Specifically, this study verifies the effects of Tax information system characteristic variables on the performance of the information system such as decision making usefulness, perceived usefulness, user values. The results of the study are as follows. First, the study finds that among Tax information system information characteristic, information sufficiency is positively influence job performance of Tax information system. Second, the good Tax information system user's characteristic variables increase the decision making usefulness, perceived usefulness and user values. The user's characteristic variables are positively influence job performance of Tax information system. Third, the responsiveness of Tax information system job characteristic variables significantly affected the perceived usefulness. The standard of job is positively influence job performance of Tax information system.
