시계열분석을 이용한 건설보증시장 전망

본 연구에서는 시계열 분석방법을 통해 향후 보증시장 규모를 전망해 보았다. 통계자료 등의 제약으로 보증시장의 공급자인 보증기관을 중심으로 보증시장을 분석하였다. 1990년부터 2006년까지 월별 계약보증 실적을 토대로 분석하였다. ARiMA모형과 다변수 모형인 VAR/VEC모형 등의 시계열 분석방법을 이용하여 전망치를 추정하였다. 건설 보증시장 전망결과, VEC 모형에서 나타난 추정치가 ARiMA 예측치 보다는 다소 높게 나타났다. VEC 추정결과 2000년 불변가격 기준으로 건설공제조합의 계약보증Ⅰ은 2010년 5조 2,635억원, 2015년 6조 9,264억원으로 예측되었다. 이행보증을 포함한 계약보증Ⅱ는 2010년 8조 3,416억원, 2015년 13조 3,456억원으로 예측되었다. 이에 반해 ARiMA 추정결과를 보면, 계약보증Ⅰ은 2010년 4조 9,389억원, 2015년 5조 9,611억원으로 추정되었다. 계약보증Ⅱ는 2010년 7조 6,732억원, 2015년 10조 2,772억원으로 예측되었다. 전문건설공제조합의 경우 ARiMA 모형을 이용한 추정결과 2000년 불변가격으로 2010년 4조 7,654억원, 2015년 5조 6,980억원으로 전망되었다. 반면, VEC를 이용한 추정결과는 2010년 5조 163억원, 2015년 6조 6,442억원으로 점차 증가하는 것으로 전망되었다.
Abstract
This study aims to forecast construction guarantee market based on time-series data. In order to forecast the construction guarantee market, ARiMA and VAR/VEC models are used. Monthly data from 1990 to 2006 issued by KCFC (Korea Constructor Financial Cooperation) and KSCFC (Korea Specialty Constructor Financial Cooperation) used for forecasting. The volume of contract bond from 2007 to 2015 is forecasted. According to empirical results, the volume forecasted by VEC is greater than ARiMA and both of them show increasing trends. Using VEC, the volumes of contract bondⅠof KCFC are forecasted as 5,263 billion won in 2010 and 6,926 billion won in 2015. The volumes of contract bond Ⅱ, including performance bond, of KCFC are 8,341 billion won in 2010 and 13,345 billion won in 2015. On the other hand, using ARiMA, the volumes of contract bondⅠof KCFC are forecasted as 4,938 billion won in 2010 and 5,961 billion won in 2015. The volumes of contract bond Ⅱ of KCFC are 7,673 billion won in 2010 and 10,277 billion won in 2015. The volumes of contract bond of KSCFC are forecasted as 4,765 billion won in 2010 and 5,698 billion won in 2015 based on ARiMA. The volumes of contract bond are 5,016 billion won in 2010 and 6,644 billion won in 2015, using VEC model.
