This product is a transverse currency counter & note sorter which is combined with note-sorter functions that can sort all kinds of notes while rapidly grasping their quantity, along with another currency counter function that can accurately detect counterfeit currency. Some products already launched in the market contain several pockets (an outlet for sorted notes) which are applied for the efficient sorting of notes and counting of currency, but most of them are of a vertical-type structure. In contrast, SEE-TECH applied a transverse-type pocket structure with consideration to the needs of a worker who performs his job in a fixed posture for extended periods. In that regard, there was a need for a product equipped with an ergonomic structure that could prevent musculoskeletal disorders that might occur as a result of repetitive work processes. This company is aiming for functional improvement in this product by making it possible to attach four additional pockets to the right side of the product, considering that workload would increases through a vertical-type pocket structure. Currently, rival companies are seeking a solid-step stage, in which design is created, thereby deviating from a function-centered introduction period in their design strategy.
