AHP를 이용한 신용보증재단의 성과평가지표에 대한 중요성 판단

The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance judgement on the performance evaluation indices of Credit Guarantee Foundation(CGF). For this purpose literature review and a survey was administered to personnels from 16 local CGF offices. The researcher tried to examine whether the CGF personnels from different offices had consistent significance judgement on the performance evaluation indices, how they came to terms in order to reach agreement on the evaluation indices using Kendall's correspondence coefficient. The results of the study are summarized as below:First, it was found there were some differences between consistent and non-consitent CGF personnels in terms of the weight they places on the importance of evaluation indices. Second, CGF personnels whose decisions were consistent reached an agreement on the step 1 and step 2 of performance assessment indices, that is, the importance of the assessment of guarantee result performance, the importance of credit guarantee, the importance of accident management, the importance of the indemnity right management, and the importance of business management assessment. Third, the above personnels could not reach an agreement in their weight on the guarantee results performance assessment index step 3, the importance of the guarantee support and the soundness of the guarantee support. Fourth, it was found that there were differences in the judgement of evaluation indices between those revealed from regional CGF personnels and those provided by national association of CGF. It is thought that the results of this study will significantly contribute to raising the awareness of CGF management, personnels in charge of credit guarantee tasks, and officers in local governments, and promoting credit guarantee performance and level of management at CGF offices by providing the CGF personnels with objective and reasonable performance evaluation indices.
