부동산중개실무교육의 교육서비스 품질에 관한 연구
A Study on a Quality of Education Service in the Real Estate Brokerage Practical Education

초록
본 연구는 공인중개사의 실무교육에 대한 교육서비스 품질을 이론적 측면, 선행연구 고찰 및 설문지를 통해 실증적으로 분석해 보았다. 그 결과 다음과 같은 필요성이 도출되었다. 교육서비스 품질의 수준을 보면 강의실 및 교육시설은 주차시설과 교통비용에 대한 품질이 가장 높게 나타났고, 냉·난방시설에 대한 품질이 가장 낮게 나타났다. 교과목과 교과과정에 대한 품질에서는 교재와 강의 자료가 가장 높은 품질로 나타났다. 강사의 자질 및 교육방법에 대한 품질에서는 강사의 교육내용에 대한 지식이 가장 낮은 품질을 나타냈고, 교육기자재 활용이 가장 높은 품질로 나타났다. 종합적으로 살펴보면 전체 품질과 각각의 요인이 평균값보다 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 실무교육에 대한 전반적인 품질을 다중회귀분석 한 결과는 교과목 및 교과과정의 품질이 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 강사의 자질 및 교육방법, 강의실 및 교육시설 순으로 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 실무교육의 전반적인 품질에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 변수는 교과목 및 교과과정이었고, 다음으로 강사의 자질 및 교육방법이 가장 낮게 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 기초로 교육서비스 향상방안을 모색하여야 할 것이다. 첫째, 시설부문에서는 교육장에 대한 접근성 문제가 있으므로 여러 곳에 교육장을 설치하여 교육생들의 접근성과 편의성을 고려하여야 한다. 둘째, 강사의 부문에서는 강사의 전문성에 문제가 있다. 실무와 이론을 겸비한 강사를 확보하여야 한다. 셋째, 강의내용 의 부문에서는 교과목을 선정하는데 지역특성이나 교육대상자의 특성에 따라 다양화할 필요성이 있다. 마지막으로 기타사항에서 집체교육의 개선, 인터넷 동영상교육의 실효성 확보, 현장실습교육의 개선 등이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
In this study, we analyzed a quality of education service in the field of real estate brokerage through theory, related researches and survey results. The results of this research are as follows. In a quality of education service, a quality of parking facilities and transportation fees is the highest in part of a quality of lecture rooms and educational facilities, a quality of textbooks and teaching material is the highest in part of a quality of subjects and a curriculum, a quality of lecturers’ knowledge about contents of education is the lowest in part of quality of lecturers and teaching methods. Synthetically, overall quality and each factor are lower than an average value. Based on suggested problems, summary of substances is as follows. First, because there are accessibility problems in the facility part, educational facilities need to be installed many places to enhance accessibility and convenience of trainees. Second, a lecturer’s expertise is a problem in the lecturer part. Lecturers who are good at theory and practice need to be procured. Third, in the educational contents part, the selection of subjects needs to be diverse according to characteristic of areas and trainees. Lastly, there are other issues which are shown that improvement in group education,ensuring effectiveness of online lecture, improvement in on-the-job training are needed.
