Intellectual Property Court system launched on 1st July, 2008, the merits of the court and differences upon prosecution procedures will be introduced. Legendary patent infringement cases like Takeda Taiwan vs. three generic companies with contract research organizations, Takeda vs Alphapharm & Genpharm, Sanofi-Aventis vs Pharmastar, Eli Lily vs TTY Biopharm, Eli Lily vs Scinopharm will be detail discussed in order to provide insights and litigation skills for winning the patent infringement cases. The strategies for international companies to go forwards the law suit and the rational behinds to spend huge amount of money in the court for will be illustrated.
