초록
본 연구는 ERP시스템 도입 후 조직구성원의 인식이 사용자 태도와 수용 후 효과에 미치는 영향과 사용자 태도가 수용 후 효과에 미치는 영향을 분석 하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 변수로는 조직구성원 인식을 독립변수로, 사용자 태도를 매개변수로, 수용 후 효과를 종속변수로 사용하였다. 분석방법은 ERP시스템 도입 기업을 대상으로 회수된 235부의 설문지를 활용하여 AMOS 18.0을 활용한 구조방정식 모형을 사용하였다. 분석결과, 조직구성원 인식 중 유용성지각과 벤더능력은 사용자 태도에 유의적인 영향을 미치며, 사용자 태도 역시 수용 후 효과에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 유용성지각과 벤더능력은 수용 후 효과에 대부분 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났지만, 사용자 태도를 통해 간접적으로 영향을 미친다는 것을 보여 주었다. 이것은 사용자 태도가 조직구성원 인식과 수용 후 효과에 매개변수 역할을 한다는 것을 알 수 있다. 이것은 ERP시스템에 대한 조직구성원의 인식과 태도가 시스템 도입 혹은 수용 이후의 지속적 사용과 ERP시스템 효과에 영향을 미치므로 시스템의 원만한 정착과 성과를 기대하기 위해서 수용 후 효과에 영향을 미치는 사용자 태도의 정립이 필요하며, 조직구성원 인식의 변화가 무엇보다 중요할 것이다. 결국 이러한 변화가 ERP시스템의 성공적인 정착을 가능하게 해 줄 것임을 본 연구에서 보여주고 있다.
Abstract
In this study, after adoption ERP System, the recognition of a member of organization affects User's attitude. An impact that effects both, the effectiveness of post-acceptance and the effectiveness of post-acceptance affected by User's attitude to know about studying placed purposes. As the variables, the recognition of a member of organization was used as a independent variable. The User's attitude used as a parameter, which showed the effectiveness of post-acceptance used as a dependent variable. For analyzation, this study is based on survey questionnaire date collected from 235 companies which adopt the ERP System Using LISREL Modelling with AMOS 18.0. The information showed that the recognition of usefulness and the vendors ability to significantly affect User's attitude. The recognition of usefulness and the vendors ability to not affect the effectiveness of post-acceptance, however, the recognition of usefulness and the vendors ability to affect the effectiveness of post-acceptance indirectly through User's attitude more than directly. So, this is required about the establishment of User's attitude in order to expect amicable settlement and the performance of the system, and members of the organization is aware of the changes will be more important. Finally, these changes in the ERP system will enable successful settlement is shown in this study.
