이혼한 아내학대 피해여성의 적응유연성에 관한 연구

본 연구는 아내학대로 이혼한 여성들의 문제 대신 적응유연성을 파악하고자 하는 목적으로 적응유연성에 대하여 알아보았다. 이를 위해 전국 소재 9개 가정폭력 피해자 보호시설에서 이혼 후에도 자조모임을 갖는 여성 105명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 가정폭력피해 이혼여성들의 적응유연성(평균 3.40)이 사회인구학적 특성 및 이혼관련 특성에 따라 차이가 있는지를 t-검증 및 분산분석으로 알아본 결과, 월소득 201만원 이상인 집단이 그 이하 집단들보다, 이혼 후 직업이 있는 집단이 없는 집단보다 적응유연성이 유의미하게 높았으며, 그 외 변수에 따라서는 차이를 보이지 않았다. 둘째, 적응유연성에 영향을 미치는 변수들의 상대적 영향력을 알아보기 위해 단계적 회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 1단계에 인구사회학적 변수와 이혼관련 변수를 투입했을 때 이혼후 기간만이 유의미한 영향력을 가졌으며, 2단계에서 내적통제감, 자녀와의 애착, 사회적 지지, 경제적 안정감을 포함한 결과, 경제적 안정감, 내적통제감, 사회적지지, 이혼후 기간의 순으로 영향력을 보였다. 이러한 결과를 기반으로 사회복지적 함의를 논하였다.
Abstract
This study is on the resilience of formerly battered women who divorced. This study aims to find out whether the levels of their resilience differ according to the sociodemographic and divorce-related variables, and to identify the factors which influence their resilience. For this purpose, a survey was conducted to 105 women who attend self-help groups in battered women’s shelters with nationwide location. The results were as follows. Firstly, the level of their resilience reached 3.45 and the group with highest monthly income and with a job showed significantly higher resilience than other groups. Secondly, the result of multiple regression showed that economic security, internal locus of control, social support, and the period since divorce were influential on their resilience, while attachment to children and other sociodemographic and divorce-related variables were not. Based on these results, how to enforce financial security, sense of control, and social support were discussed in order to reinforce their resilience.
