한국과 중국 연변 조선족 고등학교 정치 교과서 내용 비교 분석 -공통적인 정치 용어를 중심으로

초록
우리 사회가 다인종 다문화 사회로 나아감에 따라 유입되는 새로운 구성원에 대한 정치사회화의 과정에 대한 연구는 중요하다 할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 중국 연변 조선족의 정치사회회 과정에서 중요한 학습 매개인 고등학교의 사회과 정치 교과서와 한국의 정치 교과서를 비교분석함으로써 국내 거주 중국 연변 조선족 동포들의 정치 지식, 태도, 성향 등을 파악하는데 시사를 얻고자한다. 우리는 양국의 고등학교 정치 교과서를 비교 분석결과에서 국가(국가 성격)나 민주주의(민주) 등의 이념적 측면에서는 철저한 계급성에 근거한 내용으로 기술되어 있음을 알 수 있다. 그리고 정치 제도적 측면 즉, 대의제, 의원내각제, 대통령제, 양당제, 권력분립제 등에서, 그 구성 형태나 운영 방식 등에서는 같은 내용으로 기술되어 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 그러나 정치 제도도 본질적 성격에서는 계급성에 근거한 비판적 내용으로 기술되어 있다. 따라서 우리 사회가 다인종 다문화 사회로 나아감에 따라 국내 유입이 두드러지고 있는 중국 연변 조선족의 정치 지식과 태도 및 정치사회화에 대한 대응도, 정치 용어와 개념에서 공통으로 인식하는 내용과 계급성에 근거하여 비판적으로 파악하고 있는 부분들에 대해 다각도로 분석하여, 한국 사회가 지향하고 있는 자유민주주의의 정치 사회화를 어떻게 향유하게 할 것인가를 심도 있게 논의되어야 할 것이다.
Abstract
Our society will be going to meet the multicultural soceity. After 1992(Korea-China amity), Many Korean-Chinese in Yeanbian had moved to Korea for getting job and marriage. There are many researches on the Korean-Chinese in Yeanbian. But most thema of researches are about on language, custom, cultural difference, economic condition. So there are few researches about on education, especially political socialization in social studies education. As you know, political socialization is very important for the youth and textbook is a key way to cultivate it. Korean-Chinese are same in race but are chinese in nationality. So it is very important to investigate their political thought by the comparative analysis on contents of highschool 'politics'textbook between Korea and Korean-Chinese in Yeanbian. The consequences of this study are as follow:1) The characteristics of nation and democracy were explained with class consciousness in the highschool 'politics' textbook of Korean-Chinese in Yeanbian. 2) Between Korea and Korean-Chinese in Yeanbian, there are similar explanation about political system, for example representative system, cabinet system, two parties system. But the essential characteristics of political system are explained with class consciousness.
