가사소송의 특질 - 민사소송과 관련하여 -

This paper has focused on the general aspects of Korean domestic litigations, aiming at providing the foreign scholars interested in the Korean domestic law with the comprehensive understanding thereof except for the domestic non-litigation procedure. This paper had originally been presented in Chinese at the Sungkyunkwan-Shihezi Law Schools' Joint Forum for Comparative Law Perspective. This paper is hopefully expected to initiate the mutual research for the respective developments in the domestic law fields. The domestic litigations have absorbed and reflected each country's traditional law culture. The comparative law research by the scholars from neighboring countries will have contributed to the actualizing and activating the common purpose of fair and appropriate resolution of domestic disputes.
