온라인 대학교육에서의 저작권문제

Cyber or Online Universities may reproduce, distribute, perform publicly, broadcast, or conduct interactive transmission a part of a copyright work already made public to the extent deemed necessary for the purpose of classroom education under the compensation to the author. If universities conduct interactive transmission, the necessary measures including reproduction prevention measures shall be taken in order to prevent infringement on copyrights and other rights. Students may reproduce or interactively transmit a work already made public to the extent deemed necessary for the purpose of classroom education. Transmission of a work is inevitable in the online classroom for interactive question & answer, report, quiz and examination. Copyright Act should be amended to permit transmission of a copyright work already made public in examination. Digital font is deemed as a computer program or design in korea. Computer program including digital font cannot be reproduced, distributed or transmitted without author’s permission. Copyright Act should be amended to permit reproduction, interactive transmission of a digital font already made public for the purpose of online education..
