소셜 미디어 시대에 있어서 모바일 전자정부를 위한 전략적 접근

This paper was to study m-Government which was empirical cases for approach to a strategy in the social media ages. The foreign governments have already used the social media for successful m-Government, and a smart phone is taking place with a considerable speed around government. As a result, m-Government has embodied the communication, a information shared, connection to e-Government' services and a participatory democracy. The drive of m-Government would rather a technologic benefit which was utilized by the users than the embodiment which was initiated by the government on the social media. Because m-Government however is driven by the variable users who have social needs on social media, it is not prepared a plenty of the equipment of the law and institution. What is more, it is not provided with a safety device which was damaged not only an individual information but one's private life. This paper, for that reason have a conclusion that the embodiment of m-Government need to demand the management system of a credible organization for a strategic approach to using social media.
