경영 소유자가 기업문화에 미치는 영향

초록
본 연구의 목적은 기업의 최대 관심사인 매출증대를 위한 기업문화에 기업에 대해 막대한 영향력을 행사하는 경영 소유자가 기업문화에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지를 분석하는 것이다. 그동안 주로 경영자의 성과평가와 재무상태를 위주로 진행된 양적 연구와 달리 본 연구결과는 소유 경영자가 매출에 지대한 영향을 미치는 기업문화와 어떠한 관계에 있는지를 분석하여 질적인 정보를 제공하는데 의의가 있다. 분석 결과 경영 소유자의 경영철학에 대한 인식정도와 경영 소유자의 경영철학이 기업 내 영향을 받고 있다고 인지하는 수준이 매우 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 경영 소유자의 경영철학이 기업문화에 미치는 영향에 관한 분석으로 경영 소유자의 경영철학이 미래 중심적일 때의 조직이 혁신적인 사고와 새로운 아이디어가 높이 평가받는 조직이라고 답하였고, 조직 내 구성원들의 관계를 중시하고 자율성을 중시하는 경영 소유자의 역할이 회사 분위기를 자유롭게 만들어 나의 의견을 스스럼없이 표현할 수 있다고 답하였다. 반면에 경영철학이 규범, 안정적일 때에는 기업문화가 위계질서를 중시하는 경향이 높다고 살펴볼 수 있었다. 이를 통해서 경영 소유자의 경영철학과 조직문화의 관계를 통해 한화그룹의 조직문화를 살펴보았다. 직급계층을 중심으로 볼 때 조직의 상 하위 계층 간 기업 문화적 특징이 뚜렷하게 차이 나는 것을 알 수 있다. 친화적 문화는 사원 및 이들과 직접 대면하여 업무를 처리해야 하는 일선 관리층에서 가장 강하게 나타났다.
Abstract
This study investigates empirically the Relation of corporate culture and governance. As for the stage of empirical analysis, the process was carried out in the order of establishment of research hypotheses, elaboration of a test model, definition and measurement of variables, selection of sample companies, empirical analysis and interpretation of result. We aimed to investigate the causal relationship between management owner and corporate culture. So we generally hypothesized that governance effect to corporate culture. The data were collected from Korean General Social Survey statistical databases dated of May 3－15, 2010. The structural equation model of AMOS were applied to analyze the data. The result is that the corporate culture influenced governance of enterprise. The study finds a significant positive association between governance of enterprise and corporate culture. Futhermore, a t－test analysis showed a significant difference at the 1% level between governance of enterprise and corporate culture with employee and working year etc.
