This study presents a effect of Supply Chain Management performance and e-commerce level on Healthcare Supply Chain integration. This study make a survey of purchasing Officer on Healthcare Supply Chain of hospitals. Hypotheses test by structure equation model. The healthcare supply chain integration affects on performance like other industries, but e-commerce level doesn’t affect on supply chain performance. But there is a slight correlation between e-commerce level and external integration of supply chain. Supply chain integration is very important for strength of health care competitiveness. And the performance has not been shown highly because infrastructure of IT is not yet established, experiences are not enough. But as time goes by, it will affect on supply chain performance much like other industries.
