제품 서비스 시스템 디자인을 위한 인포먼스 디자인 모델링 방법 연구

As social network service infrastructure is rapidly developing together with ubiquitous digital products and mobile internet, integration of product and service becomes an emerging design issue. It is a promising strategic business approach to make a product-service system in viewpoint of holistic user experience for total value creation process in a corporate. Therefore designers need to develop a new design process methodology for a new product-service system. This research proposes a new design methodology of scenario building by informance (information and performance), which is performed by actors who can perform improvisational etude after studying personas, which are based on ethnography research at early stage of design development. This research presents a case study of how designer and researcher can cooperate with actors through informance to build a product-service system, and an observation of how a design concept can be visualized and translated into scenarios from iterative work sessions. Finally, this research presents a model of design process for building an innovative product-service system design.
