A Study on The Alternative Way for Non-regular Employees and Future Strategic Plan for Changing of Employment Market: Comparison Analysis of Employment Policy of Super Deluxe Hotels between Seoul and Singapore

The purpose of this study was to make future strategic plan of employment management through the identification of employment policy differences of super deluxe hotels between Singapore and Seoul. The methodology used SPSS statistical program for frequencies variables, reliability, T-test, one way Anova and in-depth interview with HR Directors or General Managers in Singapore. The results of the study were summarized as follows: First, Singapore hotel employees are much better than Seoul hotel employees who are clarified by various types of employment on job motivation, career effectiveness and satisfaction. Second, Singapore hotel employment type is only one type which is regular employment which is able to make good employee satisfaction. Therefore, the researcher suggested that there's a need to change the employment type as one type or regular to encourage employees to work with developing effective performance evaluation system and need to open job for foreigners who are qualified on the job in hotel industry.
