A Critical Review on Professors' Invention Regulations in Korean University

It is very difficult problem that wheather Professors' Invention should be taken as employee's invention. Most Korean universities take professors' invention as employee's invention by their Regulations. But I think that the regulations are incurring legal problem. Because professors' Invention should be taken as not employee's invention but free invention. Professors' invention should be managed by university but should not be returned to it. The university should manage professors' invention according to the contract of professor and university, for exemple, a trust agreement.
