이혼위기 부부를 위한 문제해결 단기상담프로그램의 개발
Development of a Problem Solving Brief Counseling Program for Couples in Crisis of Divorce and the Verification of its Effectiveness

본 연구는 숙려기간 등의 이혼위기 부부를 대상으로 문제해결능력을 향상시킴으로 부부의 문제해결을 돕기 위한 단기상담프로그램을 개발하고 그 효과를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 프로그램 개발 과정은 본 연구자가 다양한 프로그램 개발 절차를 비교 분석하여 통합된 11단계 프로그램 개발 절차에 따라 단계적으로 진행되었다. 프로그램 효과를 검증하기 위하여, D광역시 소재 가정법원 및 가정상담소를 통하여 모집된 40쌍의 이혼위기 부부를 대상으로 실험집단 20쌍과 통제집단 20쌍으로 하였으며, 6회기(1회 90분)로 총9시간 3주간 실시하였다. 측정도구로 D'Zurilla와 Nezu(1990)가 개발한 사회적 문제해결능력(SPSI)척도를 Maydeu- Olivares와 D'Zurilla(1996)가 탐색적 요인분석을 통해 재개정한 개정판 사회적 문제해결능력(SPSI-R)척도를 최이순(2002)이 번안한 것과 이경성(2001)이 개발한 결혼 불만족 척도, 추후조사를 통해 부부의 이혼여부를 살펴보았으며, 자료분석은 실험집단과 비교집단의 사전, 사후, 추후검사 결과에 대해 평균과 표준편차를 산출하고, 프로그램의 효과를 알아보기 위해 공분산분석(ANCOVA)을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 이혼위기 부부의 문제해결능력이 향상되었으며, 특히 긍정적 문제지향과 합리적 문제해결기술이 향상되었으며, 부정적 문제지향과 충동-부주의적 반응양식, 회피적 반응양식이 감소하였다. 둘째, 결혼불만족도의 유의미한 감소 셋째, 이혼의향도의 유의미한 감소 넷째, 실제 이혼율에서 감소하였다. 끝으로 본 연구 내용을 토대로 제언이 논의되었다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to develop a problem solving brief counseling program for couples in crisis of divorce and to examine its effectiveness. Two groups (i.e., couples receiving the counseling program and those not receiving) were compared at pretest, posttest, and follow-up. Social Problem Solving Inventory-Revised Scale, Intention of Divorce Scale, Dissatisfaction of Marriage Scale, Practical Divorce Rate Scale were employed to evaluate the program. Other instruments were used to measure the participants' evaluation for the program. Results of the study indicated that the problem solving brief counseling program for couples in crisis of divorce produced significant increases in the participants' score of Social Problem Solving Inventory-Revised Scale and decreases in the scores of the Intention of Divorce Scale, the Dissatisfaction of Marriage Scale, and the Practical Divorce Rate Scale.
