의료진의 커뮤니케이션이 환자의 자발적인 자기정보공개에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

The objective of this research was to explore the impact of doctors' communication styles on patient` self-disclosure. Also this research attempted to examine meaningful relationship among doctors' communication styles, self-disclosure behavior, and patient` characteristics. We applied analysis model to test the hypotheses and research model. As a result of this study, doctors' communication styles affect patient` self-disclosure respectively and significantly. Also patient` characteristics affects patient` self-disclosure. 4 factors(doctors' communication styles) of patient` self-disclosure were identified: trust-type, professional-type, cooperation-type, and control-type. Considering the changes in the hospital environment and the increase in the patient` self-disclosure : trust-type, professional-type and cooperation-type. And changes in the hospital environment and the decrease in the patient` self-disclosure. : control-type. In addition, this research provided evidence that the relation among doctors' communication styles, self-disclosure behavior and patient` characters through empirical examination. Therefore, this study shows that doctors' communication styles is important factor that hospitals have to emphasize to increase patient` self-disclosure.
