혁신성향과 IT 활용능력이 온라인 증권거래시스템 HTS의 수용에 미치는 영향
An Impact of Innovation Propensity and IT Application Ability on the Adoption of Home Trading System

이 연구는 온라인 증권거래시스템 HTS(Home Trading System)의 사용자 특성인 혁신성향과 IT 활용능력이 시스템의 수용에 미치는 영향을 규명하였다. 특히, 시스템 사용자의 혁신성향과 IT 활용능력이 HTS의 수용에 미치는 영향을 검증하였다. 설문지법을 사용해서 유효표본 400매를 수집하였으며, 가설검증을 위해서 SPSS와 AMOS 구조방정식모형(Structural Equation Model: SEM)을 이용하였다. 이 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 혁신성향은 PEU(Perceived Ease of Use: 지각된 사용용이성)와 정(+)의 유의적 관계를 나타냈지만 PU(Perceived Usefulness: 지각된 유용성)와는 유의적 관련성이 없었다. 혁신성향은 PEU를 매개로 하여 PU에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, IT 활용능력은 HTS의 PEU와 PU에 정(+)의 유의적 관련성을 나타냈다. 셋째, PEU는 PU에 정(+)의 유의한 영향이 존재하였다. 넷째, PEU는 태도에 영향을 미치지 않았지만 PU를 매개로 하여 태도에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 다섯째, 태도는 지속적 사용의도에 그리고 지속적 사용의도는 실제 사용도에 정(+)의 유의적인 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구의 결과는 증권사 간 경쟁력 확보와 HTS 사용자의 특성에 따른 차별화된 서비스의 제공 그리고 HTS의 실제 사용도를 제고하는데 필요한 시사점을 제공해 줄 수 있을 것이다.
Abstract
The objectives of this study is to explore the structural relationship among external variables(innovation propensity, IT application ability), PEU(Perceived Ease of Use), PU(Perceived Usefulness), attitude, continuous intention to use and actual usage. A survey questionnaire was distributed to 1,000 customers across the nation who were using the HTS system, and 440 responses were collected, out of which 40, which were regarded lacking in proper information fill-in, were deleted. A descriptive statistical analysis was applied to the remaining 400 responses, and SEM(Structural Equation Model) was used for hypothesis-testing. The results of the research are summarized as follows: Firstly, it was found that innovation propensity had a positive significant effect on PEU but had no direct influence on PU. Secondly, IT application ability had a positive effect on PEU and PU. Thirdly, PEU was also found to has no positive effect on attitude, but PU had a positive effect on attitude. Fourthly, attitude had a positive effect on continuous intention to use. Lastly, continuous intention to use had a positive effect on actual usage. The results of this study are thought to contribute not only to the promotion of competitiveness of securities companies, but also to specialized customer service relevant to specific customer characteristics, and improvement of HTS service.
