본 연구에서는 ERP 시스템의 도입 이후, 기업의 성공적인 ERP 시스템 활용에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 알아보고 실증적으로 검증하고자 하였다. 연구 모형은 외부적 변수로 ERP 시스템품질과 내부적 변수로 IT 조직적합성을 독립변수로 하고, ERP 시스템 활용을 종속변수로 구성하였으며, 이를 검증하기 위해 ERP 시스템을 도입하여 사용 중인 부산, 경남 기업들을 대상으로 실증분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 외적 변수인 ERP 시스템 품질과 내적 변수인 IT 조직 적합성은 모두 ERP 활용성과에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었다. 특히 ERP 시스템 품질 변수 중 본원적 서비스와 접근 용이성으로 구성된 1차적 품질요인들이 보다 영향력이 큰 것으로 나타났으며, IT 조직 적합성 변수 중에서는 조직시민행동보다 사용자 IT 역량 요인의 영향이 더 크게 나타났다. 이로써 ERP 시스템 품질의 1차적 요소들과 더불어 ERP 시스템을 활용할 수 있는 IT 내부 역량이 궁극적인 ERP 활용성과에 매우 중요함을 알 수 있었다.
Abstract
This study deals with the influence on the system performance by the ERP system quality and IT organizational fit by means of the empirical analysis. An analytical model is proposed with two independent variable types; such as ERP system quality was developed for the company by the ISP and the degree of the IT organizational fit which has been formulated by the company’s capability itself; we call these two types of factors as the external and the internal independent variables respectively. The ERP system performances, as the dependent factor, has been analyzed using regression analysis with those two independent variables. This study shows that not only the ERP system quality provided, but also the IT capability of the organization fit itself will both affect the system performance for the successful ERP implementation. Also, the future research direction and the practical guidelines are suggested bsaed on this empirical study.
