The use of bicycles is in the trend of being actively recommended around the world on a national scale for the health of an individual and for reduction of environmental pollution of the earth. In order to utilize such trend and revitalize the use of bicycles, instead of urging people to own their own bicycles and ride them, the government should operate public bicycles to allow everyone to use the bicycles without any burden. A city public bicycle system for usage, maintenance and management of bicycles is important in allowing people to use the bicycles freely. In order to revitalize the use of public bicycles, this research attempted to supplement the problems that are presently common in public bicycle systems by researching and analyzing the existing public bicycle systems, and also attempted to apply the motivation of users that are used in numerous marketing strategies. Not only the bicycle, logo and others that are visually seen, but also the operating system of public bicycles itself was designed from a creative perspective, and all these elements were designed to operate smoothly as a single flow. This research is to design the bicycles from visible areas to the broader area of operation method from a new perspective for the design of a system that can achieve the intended objectives clearly and certainly.
