본 연구의 목적은 정보서비스 품질과 개인적 특성이 Open-API 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 검정하는 것이다. Davis의 기술수용모형(TAM)을 이용하여 정보서비스 품질(적시성, 신뢰성, 호환성, 상호작용성)과 개인적 특성(혁신성, 자기효능감)이 인지된 유용성과 인지된 용이성 그리고 이용의도에 영향을 미치는지를 검정하였다. Open-API 사용자 237명을 대상으로 AMOS를 이용하여 구조모형을 분석하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 적시성, 호환성, 자기효능감은 인지된 유용성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치지만, 신뢰성, 상호작용성, 혁신성은 인지된 유용성에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 신뢰성, 호환성, 자기효능감은 인지된 용이성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치지만, 적시성, 상호작용성, 혁신성은 인지된 용이성에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 인지된 용이성은 인지된 유용성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고, 인지된 유용성과 인지된 용이성은 이용의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine the factors influencing the usage intention of Open-API. In order to use Davis's Technology Acceptance Model(TAM), there is a need to verify whether information service quality(timeliness, reliability, compatibility, interactivity), and individual characteristics(innovation, self-efficacy) by a Structural Equation Model(SEM) analysis with the data from 237 Open-API users. Timeliness and compatibility influence of perceived usefulness, reliability and compatibility influence perceived ease of use from information service quality. And self-efficacy influence of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use from individual characteristics. But interactivity and innovation does not influence perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. Result shows that Open-API services are use more and more when Open-API services provide stability and reliability, services are coming just at the right time and other software or environment use high compatibility.
