성공적인 기업 간 협력을 위한 선행요인 및 몰입과 경영성과의 관계: 국내 원자재 수입 중소기업을 대상으로

This study examines the role of structural condition and partner commitment as a critical factor that has been largely overlooked by previous research in firm performance especially about raw materials importing firm which have built the supply chain partnership with foreign suppliers. To achieve the research purpose above, seven hypotheses have been proposed. Using the PLS method analyzed hypotheses, exogenous variables were strategic fit and mutual interdependent and endogenous variables were commitment and performance of raw materials import firm which was a dependent variable. Besides the mediating effect of commitment factor about the relationship between strategic fit, mutual interdependent and performance has been examined. For statistical test, 106 random samples have been used. Research findings are Strategic fit and mutual interdependent have a significant impact on commitment. Also commitment has a significant impact on performance. And strategic fit has a significant impact on performance but mutual interdependent did not have a significant impact on it. About the analysis of mediating influence, strategic fit has a direct impact and an indirect effect via commitment(as partial mediating roles) on performance. But the mutual interdependent has only a indirect effect via commitment(as full mediating roles) on performance. In conclusion, it is suggested that their management office should make an effort to find the foreign suppliers on a view of their strategic purpose and continue developing commitment with them because commitment is a significantly factor of their performance.
